There is a common washer and dryer in the ground floor of the building that is accaessible for all guests. There are also drying racks available for each apartment.

There is parking space that can fit upto 5 cars that is also available for guests to use. 

On the ground floor, there is a beautiful garden full of lush green plants. Guests  are free to sit in the garden and enjoy the fresh air. 

One of the services also available in cleaning. The apartment will get cleaned twice a week and the linens and towels will be replaced once a week.
